Product description:
The FKV-03N is a three-phase control relay designed to protect electric motors against phase faults, phase loss and excessive asymmetry. The relay does not have neutral control and the asymmetry is fixed at 40%.

The relay is ideal for industrial applications where fast and reliable protection of motors from damage caused by improper connections or voltage fluctuations is required.

Operating algorithm

1. Normal operation:

   • All three phases are present.

   • The order of the phases is correct.

   • The voltage asymmetry is within a tolerance of ≤ 40%.

   • The relay is in working condition - contacts 2-3 are closed , the PWR and RLY indicators are lit.

2. Faulty status:

   • If the voltage of any phase exceeds the permissible limits or the phase sequence is incorrect:

     • Contacts 2-3 are broken ,

     • Contacts 1-2 are switched on ,

     • The RLY indicator will go out .

3. Return to normal status:

   • When the correct voltage and phase sequence are restored, the relay automatically switches back to the operating state.
