Rules for returning products

  2. Availability of customer service. We provide customer service to our customers at the telephone number and e-mail address given above on business days between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  3. Time for handling your request or complaint. We will handle requests within no more than 2 business days (48 hours; this period may be extended due to public holidays and national holidays customary in the Czech Republic).

Right to withdraw from the purchase contract

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods (or the last product, partial delivery or item, if the purchase contract concerns several items in one order or the delivery of the product in several partial deliveries or items).
  2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, notify us through your user account. Alternatively, contact us at our e-mail address info@pelek.hu or by telephone at +420 705 724 353. Withdrawal from the purchase contract may be made by any clear statement (e.g. by e-mail). You may use the attached model form for withdrawal from the purchase contract for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
  3. Shipping address for returned goods. The return label is generally available in your user account on pelek.hu. If we have not provided a return label, please use the following address to return the goods: PELEK Distribution s.r.o., Kirilovova 181, 739 21 Paskov, . Alternatively, please contact us at our e-mail address info@pelek.hu or by telephone at +420 705 724 353, so that we can ensure your right to return the product and agree on an individual procedure.
  4. Timely withdrawal from the contract. To comply with the deadline for withdrawing from the purchase contract, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawing from the purchase contract

  1. What happens if you withdraw from the purchase contract? If you withdraw from the purchase contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, as soon as possible and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received your notice of withdrawal (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
  2. Refunds. We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise; under no circumstances will we charge you any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
  3. Obligation to return the goods. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period expires.
  4. Costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer. If the value of the returned product exceeds 14 820 HUF excluding postage (i.e. 14 820,01 HUF), we will bear the direct return shipping costs. You bear the direct costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned by ordinary post.
  5. Reduction in the value of the goods. If you withdraw from the purchase contract, you are liable for any reduction in the value of the returned goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If we receive damaged or incomplete goods, we will deduct our claim for compensation from the purchase price to be refunded. We will always assess each case to determine the extent of the damage, the reduction in the value of the goods and the appropriate reduced value. We will notify you of these steps at the e-mail address provided.
  6. Impossibility of withdrawing from the purchase contract. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the GTC.
