Digital overcurrent relay with LED display 3×3 digits TRM-400

The TRM-400 digital overload relay is designed to protect loads from damage caused by high currents while allowing for operational monitoring.

Use and operating principle of the device

1. Connect the device according to the enclosed wiring diagram.
2. After completing the wiring, connect the power supply. After switching on, the display will show the set values ​​for 5 seconds.
3. Set the overload value with the "A>" control. The set value is shown on the left display.
4. Use the "t" control to set the delay time. The set value is also shown on the left display .

When turning on the device:

• The relay turns on, the output contact switches to terminal 3, and the OUT indicator lights up.
• If the current exceeds the set overload value (A>), the device counts down the delay time, at which point the ERR indicator lights up.
• After the set time has elapsed, the relay turns off the contact, switches to terminal 1, and the OUT indicator goes out.

The TRM-400 series electronic current relay is designed to automatically disconnect consumers when the maximum permissible current is exceeded. Programmable trip range, as well as the ability to set the trip time and reverse trip time. There are 3 ways to return to the "working" state - MANUAL, SEMI-AUTO, AUTO.

Reset methods

• Manual mode: To reset the device after an overload, the Reset button must be pressed. In this mode, the corresponding LED is lit.
• Semi-automatic mode: Allows the device to automatically reset the system three times in the event of an overload, then wait for a manual reset on the next fault. The corresponding LED will be illuminated.
• Automatic mode: The device allows the system to automatically reset whenever an overload fault occurs. The corresponding LED is illuminated.

Note: To change the mode, press and hold the SELECT button for 10 seconds. The corresponding LED will light up when the mode is changed.
