Digital current meter DJ-A36 for direct current measurement (TENSE)

10-910 A DC range - Measurement via 60 mV shunt - 230 V AC power supply

The DJ-A36 digital ammeter is designed for accurate DC current measurement using an external shunt resistor. The instrument can measure current over a wide range of 10 to 910 A using a standard shunt with a voltage drop of 60 mV .

The measurement is done indirectly - the ammeter calculates the current value based on the voltage drop measured across the connected shunt. The shunt is not included and must be ordered separately according to the desired measurement range.

The current meter is used in DC power systems, charging stations, industrial equipment, galvanic operations, traction systems and wherever accurate detection of high-value DC current is required.

It is recommended to install a circuit breaker to protect the instrument's power supply.

Setup and operation description

  1. To enter the menu:
    Press and hold the SET button for 1 second.

  2. Entering the shunt value (shunt):
    Use the arrow keys to set the shunt current value in amperes (e.g. 100 A, 300 A, 600 A).

  3. Confirmation:
    Press the SET button again and the meter will start displaying the current DC measurement.

  4. Wrong polarity / circuit break:
    The display shows "0" .

Caution: Never exceed 70 mV shunt voltage - the device may be damaged.
